Key elements of your Role :

• Master the Art of Coffee: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot drinks, ensuring perfect extraction and consistent milk texturing (latte art is a big plus!).

• Speed & Quality: Manage brunch orders efficiently in a high-volume environment, maintaining our quality standards even during the peak morning rush.

• Service Excellence: Ensure quick, friendly, and professional service at all times, making every guest’s morning better.

• Bar Management: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, manage coffee bean rotation, and anticipate milk/supply needs.

• Collaborative Spirit: Work hand-in-hand with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless brunch flow.

• Vibe Setter: Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming presence to the bar—be the friendly face that starts our guests' day with warmth and genuine hospitality

• You will be reporting to the Assistant Manager & Floor Manager
