Launched in 2019 in Paris, Tigermilk now has 10 locations in France and Belgium.
Our south American - inspired cuisine is 100% home-made and properly sourced and is served in joyful and central locations.
In addition to the Tigermilk brand, we also launched our own mexican street food brand : Nomas, with 4 locations in Paris and Lille.
From our first restaurant in 2019, to our last openings (Tigermilk Marseille in July 2024 and the fourth Nomas in Paris in December 2024), we still have the ambition to grow and excel in what we’re doing : make our customers happy with great food at affordable prices in festive locations.Therefore, Tigermilk is expanding to the UK in 2025 and we’re looking for an Operations Manager, based in London.Your missions :
- Management of local Operations
=> Launching of new restaurants in London
Working closely with the founders, you will be in charge of setting up all aspects of profitable restaurant operations, mainly people (recruitment & training) and supply chain (sourcing & kitchen operations).Once the restaurants are open, you will overview local operations, alongside restaurant managers.=> You manage the Operations team and you define the strategy in order to make our Ops team ever more efficient, by giving it the necessary tools to achieve its objectives and improve its daily productivity.
=> You navigate through diverse functions such as operations, finance, supply chain, sales, in order to obtain results
=> You manage and structure the Operations team, by defining the recruitment strategy and anticipating future recruitments
=> You resolve operational problems alongside leaders of each team
=> You monitor the quality of service and the execution of operations
=> You coordinate the different teams and stakeholders to develop and scale the business,
=> You attract and retain employees talents.
- Reporting and profitability
=> You monitor and analyze the KPIs (labor cost, food cost) and establish strategies to achieve the objectives
=> You guarantee profitability ratios, and you maintain operational and financial efficiency
=> You “own” the P&L of each location
=> You structure, analyze, and scale our in-store operations, to ensure the best service to our clients
- Structuration of efficient operations
=> You streamline and standardize processes in order to make them more efficient
=> You identify opportunities to further automate operations
=> You collaborate with the founders to scale the business, by creating a scalable and efficient organization to achieve operational excellence
=> You optimize our operating model with the aim of anticipating strong growth while maintaining operational excellence and strong customer satisfactionWhat we’re looking for :
=> 5 to 10 years in Operations management in the restaurant business, ideally in the UK or the US
=> Experienced manager
=> Strong skills in project management and financial analytics
=> Hands-on experiences and good communication skills
